In the morning, Senri’s new product launch was held grandly at Doubletree by Hilton Quzhou.

At the launch event, Senri rolled out high-end silicone rubber products for multiple fields, including six categories of new products such as the synthesis and application of low-VOC vinyl silicone oil, room-temperature fast-curing fluorosilicone gel, and solid silicone rubber with special properties. The company customizes high-performance organosilicon solutions for various vertical sectors, continuously promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading of the industry. The professional R&D achievements and strict quality standards demonstrated on-site won high praise from the attending guests.

  1. Visiting the Fluorosilicone Exhibition Center of Smart Manufacturing New City

Appreciating Industrial Charm and Discussing the Future of Development

During the event, the attending guests paid an on-site visit to the Fluorosilicone Exhibition Center of Smart Manufacturing New City. As the first industrial park in China with the conditions for fluorosilicone integration, Smart Manufacturing New City is a fluorochemical base with the most complete product structure in China. Through a wealth of exhibits and advanced display technologies, it vividly demonstrates the wide applications of fluorosilicone new materials in new energy, electronics, medical care and other fields, as well as the remarkable achievements made by Smart Manufacturing New City in promoting the high-quality development of the fluorosilicone industry.

During the visit, the guests focused on learning about the three core advantages of the park. Firstly, it has built a world-leading industrial technology system. Secondly, it has formed a complete industrial chain supporting system. Thirdly, it promotes industrial upgrading through an innovative mechanism of in-depth integration of industry, academia and research. In particular, the groundbreaking achievements in intelligent production and green manufacturing left a deep impression on the visitors.

Production Capacity Upgrade, Marching Towards a New Journey

In the afternoon, the commencement ceremony was held grandly at the site of Senri Organosilicon’s Phase II project.

Zhejiang Senri’s Phase II construction project is located at No. 62 Nianhua Road, Quzhou High-Tech Industrial Park, covering a total land area of 25,670 square meters and a total building area of 15,412.7 square meters, with a total investment of over 140 million yuan. The project officially started construction in September 2022. Now, the official commissioning of the Phase II project is not only a crucial milestone in Senri’s development history, but also injects new vitality into the entire organosilicon industry.

Based on the existing 6,000 tons/year addition-cure liquid silicone rubber (LSR) production line, the Phase II project has successfully increased its designed annual capacity to 16,000 tons by introducing advanced automatic control systems and intelligent production equipment. This marks that Senri Organosilicon has initially established a digital and intelligent manufacturing system, and will reach new heights in production efficiency, product quality control and cost management. With the substantial increase in production capacity, Senri will be able to better meet the growing market demand for high-quality organosilicon materials.

After the ceremony, the attending guests visited several core areas of the Phase II project, including the liquid silicone rubber production line, the silicon powder raw material tank farm, the silicone oil production line, the 10-million-level clean room, and the DCS and PLC automatic control systems. These advanced facilities and production processes not only demonstrated Zhejiang Senri Organosilicon’s outstanding achievements in technological innovation and intelligent manufacturing, but also won unanimous praise from the attending industry experts.

On the morning of January 25th, a delegation of five experts from China Southern Power Grid Electric Power Research Institute and Guangzhou Power Bureau paid a visit to Shenzhen Senri Headquarters. Received and accompanied warmly by Chairman Li and other senior management personnel, the delegation toured the production workshops and the R&D Engineering Center. Both parties exchanged views on the market demand and production processes of silicone rubber materials for cable accessories.

After the exchange meeting, all parties expressed a strong willingness for further in-depth cooperation. In particular, regarding the joint development of domestic substitute silicone rubber for high-voltage levels above 110KV, all parties stated that they would sign a cooperation agreement as soon as possible to jointly promote the early implementation of the project.

 

 

 

On June 4, 2024, the Phase II photovoltaic power generation project with an installed load of nearly 300 kW passed the acceptance inspection by the power bureau and successfully achieved grid-connected power generation. As of June 19, it had generated 12.68 MWh of electricity, bringing substantial economic and environmental benefits to the company.

 

Against the backdrop of the country’s promotion of energy structure transformation and enhanced environmental protection awareness, the company actively practices ESG concepts, fully participates in the national “dual carbon” goal plan, and is committed to special work such as energy conservation, emission reduction and green energy transformation, achieving good results. Since 2022, after a professional team conducted a structural feasibility analysis on the company’s existing factories available for photovoltaic power generation, the company decided to utilize the existing factory roof resources to develop solar photovoltaic power generation projects.

In early 2023, the design of the Phase I distributed photovoltaic power generation project was completed, and it was successfully installed on the roofs of the company’s office building and Class C warehouse. The total installed capacity of the project reached 252.525 kW, using high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, each of which can output 550 W of power under standard test conditions. The project passed the power grid acceptance in June 2023 and successfully connected to the grid, which not only met the company’s own electricity demand, but also provided clean energy to the power grid, further optimizing the energy structure.

Up to now, the Phase I photovoltaic project has accumulated 284.127 MWh of power generation, reduced CO₂ emissions by 283.28 tons, saved 113.65 tons of standard coal, equivalent to the environmental benefit brought by planting 157.41 green plants.

To further expand the scale of photovoltaic power generation, in early 2024, after the completion of the acceptance of the Phase II “16kt/a Addition-Cure Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)” project construction project, the design of the “Phase II Roof Distributed Photovoltaic” project was immediately completed. 580 high-efficiency monocrystalline photovoltaic modules of 590 W were installed in the Phase II Class C workshop and Class C warehouse, with an installed capacity of 292.4 kW. The project was quickly declared and started construction, and completed the grid connection with the national power grid on June 4, 2024.
